Maturity: Character over all plot framework for first movie complete, wrote the first few scene of the script in story form but forgot where I backed it up.
This story was born out of my love of what i recon as the best real time strategy war game ever: Total Annihilation. Development began roughly in 1998s when i wrote a short story containing element of that game at the time.
That short story established all the ground work of what a rich and realistic Total Annihilation Universe was like and continue to expend when the spiritual sequel of the game: Supreme Commander came out in mid 2000s. Elements of Supreme Commander was in cooperated in to the plot as it is today.
Complex characters were added because is indented as a movie script, the story eventually become some sort of biopic, it centres around a thousand years old, legendary field commander of the ARM faction, his relationships with best friend, his school age sweet heart, his thousand year long relationship with his current wife and his children and student!!!
Despite all the family mess, love quartangles, it still involve multiple planetary scale battle sequences, giant robots crashing with mega weapons, result in huge explosions and fueling emotion. It has explores serious spiritual concepts and what means to be human.....
(After Pacific Rim (2013): this script would be just as good in giant robot action but tons deeper in philosophy plus it has a decent love story. My plot has battle sequences dwarf the Pacific Rim or anything before it in scale while still able to focus on the rivalry and emotion or two pair of torn apart lovers.)

What began as a conflict over the transfer of consciousness from flesh to machines escalated into a war which has decimated a million worlds. The Core and the Arm have all but exhausted the resources of a galaxy in their struggle for domination. Both sides now crippled beyond repair, the remnants of their armies continue to battle on ravaged planets, their hatred fueled by over one thousand years of total war. This is a fight to the death. For each side, the only acceptable outcome is the complete elimination of the other.
Now,two master tacticians of each fraction, best mates a thousand years ago believe they (on their own) have come up with a way to finally win the war once for all....
